His 15-year tenure also included guiding four founding partners through retirement and overseeing the firm’s integration with a top regional practice. Ira has also served as a practice director at a national firm and a regional partner in a national M&A advisory practice focused on CPA firms.

 

Since 2010, Ira has been working with CPA firm leadership, offering his firsthand insights, strategic consulting, and situational problem-solving grounded in real-world experience.
