M&A News: Yount, Hyde and Barbour acquiring Glass Jacobson

Yount, Hyde and Barbour, based in Winchester, Virginia, plans to acquire Glass Jacobson PA, a firm in Owings Mills and Rockville, Maryland, effective July 1.
